Saxon spirit of innovation in Berlin – futureSAX investor roadshow
On 13th September 2016 the futureSAX investor roadshow made a stop in the German capital city Berlin and welcomed more investors than ever before. 18 financiers met 18 business ideas `made in Saxony´ - the numerous matching meetings didn´t take long to come.
Three minutes to win the investor´s favor. That was the challenge for the pitching start-ups and enterprises to continue past matching successes. In the mid of August the participants were prepared optimally during a pitch workshop. As always, the scope of the business ideas was widespread. From the patented, tailor-made dental-implant (Indi Implant Systems GmbH) via the app `pharmacy in your pocket´ through to the innovative INItec-hybrid brake disk, a lot of different industries were represented. Among the pitching participants was the CEO of INURU, Marcin Ratajczak, who caused surprises and the public's amazement by his luminous print ads.
The futureSAX investor roadshow was delighted about the array of investors. On the whole, 18 investors from Germany, Switzerland and South Africa accepted the invitation for the exclusive pitch event and actively contacted the idea providers during, in between and after the pitches from Saxony. Many promising encounters and conversations took place. It remains exciting, what happens next.
